Our Anti-Racism, Anti-Oppression (ARAO) committee provides leadership and strategies in aims of demonstrating our commitment to anti-oppression and anti-racism in all areas of our work. With the ARAO committee’s guidance, we have adopted the use of personal pronouns in our Radius email signatures.

At Radius, we conduct applied research designed to inform practice, increase knowledge and answer questions about children, youth and families affected by abuse.
Radius Child and Youth Services works with the Gardiner Museum of Ceramic Arts to offer children and youth an art therapy based approach to healing from the impacts of sexual abuse.

Each year, Radius’ team of psychologists and social workers provide help to over 430 local children and youth. The stories we hear are often heartbreaking and difficult. They are also filled with hope, resiliency and strength.
Radius Child and Youth Services helps children, youth and families build their futures free from abuse, neglect and violence.
We were thrilled when Tosh Jeffrey, a local Toronto landscape artist, volunteered
to mentor our Expressive Ar ts Based Group Program. This project offers a creative
process as a way of exploring the impact of abuse and the path to healing.
