Training Program

Radius Child and Youth Services is committed to its workforce and the career development of those who work for the organization.  Radius offers several onsite training and development sessions in addition to supporting staff in attending external trainings and conferences throughout the year.

Educational leaves of absence can also be arranged for staff interested in attending more lengthy/intensive types of training or pursuing a degree.

All new Clinical Therapists complete an extensive training program that consists of ongoing workshops, training sessions and structured individual and group supervision/support.

There are twelve (12) days of holidays for which employees receive full salary.

Employees are eligible for three (3) personal days in each calendar year that they can use at their discretion.
